2) Use laptops in class to complete your blog post for this week.
* For this blog post, you will choose your own topic and find an article that discusses it. Your topic and article need to be: 1) Controversial, 2) Current, and 3) Significant. It should lead to larger questions that extend outside of your article. It should not be about celebrity gossip, sports (unless it leads to larger questions), or other simple topics.
Once you choose you topic and find your article, answer the following on your blog:
3) Read Beowulf and answer the questions provided. - Summarize the article and the controversy.
- Explain what in the article and the issue interests you. What is your opinion on the matter?
- and 5. Write 2 discussion questions that push hte issue further. Do not simply restate what you said in number 3. Then, answer your own questions.
