Write 1 page of biography for each character. Then, write a scene between the two characters that showcase their personalities and their conflict. Today's agenda 1) Silent Sustained Reading--Make sure that you have an independent reading book at all times. 2) Review Sympathetic characters power point (see attached) 3) Add more detail to your hero using hte methods from the sympathetic character power point 4) Introduce Villains and antagonists with the antagonists power point Tonight: 1) Continue to develop your protagonist 2) Read your independent reading book!
Today's Agenda: 1) Journal Prompt: Write a story that includes the line "...if anyone asks, tell them we're fine." 2) Review the powerpoint on sympathetic characters that is linked to this page. Discuss with the people you are sitting with. 3) Yesterday, you created the beginning of a super hero. Today, I want you to make them sympathetic. Add qualities to your brainstorm. Then, write a 2 page biography of your hero. What was their childhood like? How did they get their powers? How did they come to be a superhero? Have this biography ready for Tuesday!
